Cheese Cake

A delicous cheesecake.

Base

Ingredients

• 100gm marg
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• pinch salt
• 1 egg

Instructions

Press into dish and bake 15/20 min at 180 °C

Cheese

Ingredients

• 1 kilo quarg (cream cheese)
• 1 sour cream - 300ml
• 3/4 package vanilla pudding
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 eggs

Instructions

Mix by hand,
pour onto base, or biscuits with marg,
and bake 1hr at 180 °C
