At work, we hire consultants. A lot of them.
Unfortunately they don't always agree. In fact, they very rarely agree. And they shouldn't.
They have their niches, their specialities. And, since they're really good at them, they're also really passionate about their niche and what we should do. This leads to some unsteady navigation.
Perhaps we could avoid this tendency to constantly set new courses, if we just made them confront each other. Pit them against each other.
