I personally prefer to use back links on my capsule for two reasons:

• My capsule has grown rather organically (to be kind about it), so it's not that well organized.

• While many clients have an 'up' command, not all of them do. I'd rather my capsule be client agnostic and have '=> ./ back' links on all of my pages.

In the end, it's mostly a matter of personal opinion.
