Lotus Ice Cream

A rich and creamy ice cream with Lotus spread.

Ingredients

• 8 eggs (separated)
• 2/3 cup sugar (for egg whites)
• 1/3 cup sugar (for egg yolks)
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1/3 jar Lotus spread

Instructions

Beat egg whites with 2/3 cup sugar.
Beat egg yolks with 1/3 cup sugar.
Slowly drip in 1/3 cup oil to the yolks while beating.
Add 1/3 jar of Lotus spread to the yolk mixture and fold together.
