It's Diwali, the festival of lights around this time of the year.This year I couldn't plan to go to my parents and this was very quiet and boring festival. I haven't been regular in posting (as expected). The last few months have been transformational for me. I followed intermittent fasting and lost 8kg. Feeling a lot better and active compared to a year back. On work front things are going fine and can't post any details here
