[16:19:29] <lovetocode999> I found the tildeverse through gemini://gemini.circumlunar.space and I really liked the idea of Tildes, so I searched for a good one to join :)

[16:28:36] <lovetocode999> It is really nice, because you can combine components from multiple distros, and they work as if they were for the same distro

[16:33:49] <justus> I like it now though because it's smaller and cozier than the big ones

[16:34:44] <justus> It seems faster too. I use IRC via SSH on ctrl-c and it works well. Doing the same on tilde.club was laggy at times.

[16:55:22] <lovetocode999> I've been watching the progress of Pine64 and Manjaro ARM with the PineTab and the PinePhone, so that, hopefully, I will no longer be reliant on Android

[17:04:08] <lovetocode999> Ubuntu touch looked like a really good mobile OS, and it was designed to be compatible with Ubuntu, so it gave a consistent user experience across devices

[20:40:00] <lovetocode999> @timemachine: Thanks! I already use mutt for my email, it is just slightly annoying to have multiple instances of it open when I could potentially have all my email in the same application
[20:41:36] <timemachine> lovetocode999: Warning: Since the TLS sert is expired on the server I would not do this. Your password may be exposed ... unsure, but: there is no external servers beyond copper. so just use `ctrl-c.club` for the imap server, your username (not email address) for username and then your password. I didn't try for the stated reason, but it should work.
