I, ~lh, have been a member of ^C since March 2023. I discovered it 
through a random Tildeverse link, possibly linked from Mastodon, and 
decided to check to see what was available in regards to tech-oriented 
groups/communities. I found Ctrl-c.club, having never been a part of a 
pubnix before, and I didn't look back. Prior to this (in a past life?) 
I was a full-time writer online. I had a blog called TMO on Write.as, 
a blog on Tumblr before that, was a full-time "pro" (for pay!) blogger 
in the mid-2000's (long live celebrity gossip!). Nowadays, most of my 
time on the Internet is spent on IRC for ^C (ctrl-c.tilde.chat)
