Ore Transfer Solver

Azure Mines only lets you move ore between Inventory and Storage in 100% or 50% chunks, there's no way to type an exact amount. This solver works backward from that constraint: tell it your total ore and where you want it split, and it finds the shortest sequence of those deposit/withdraw taps to get you there exactly.
